We have a delivery charge for out of town events.

We rent trucks for out of town events, our philosophy is if there is a breakdown or a flat tire they will be able to get it fixed faster than we could get our trucks repaired thus ensuring a problem free arrival for you.

The delivery fee covers:

The Truck Rental, the miles charge, fuel (the trucks get 8mph), food and wages for the driver, hotel if necessary (we like to arrive the day before a large event if necessary), and set-up expenses.

Minimums do apply for out of town events.

Approximate delivery charges: Tucson $150, Flagstaff $450, Yuma $500, El Paso $1250.
